About Bridget
Bridget is a whirlwind of movement, mischief, and magnetic storytelling. A choreographer, teacher, and performer with a BFA in Drama from New York University, and further training from the Oxford School of Drama, her work fuses bold storytelling, expressive movement, and a playful sense of theatricality—all grounded in one joyful belief: if it feels good, it looks good.
Trained at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, she brings character, comedy, and emotion to every piece she creates, specializing in physical theatre, burlesque, musical theatre, and heels. Her choreography has been featured at the Edinburgh Fringe, off-Broadway at NYC’s Chain Theatre, The New York Theatre Festival, Hip Hop International NZ, and most recently, The Flea Theatre in April 2025—another exciting off-Broadway stage.
Now based in Auckland, Bridget teaches drama and dance to movers of all levels—from elite hip-hop crews to total beginners. She’s taught in New York City schools and regularly travels to Kaikōura during school holidays to teach in rural communities and make the arts more accessible.
When she’s not creating in the studio, you’ll find her hand-building pottery—delighting in the rhythm, texture, and quiet joy of shaping something from scratch.
